We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, always with a smile on their face, and helpful in arranging transportation. The hotel's location in a safe and quiet residential area was ideal, not far from the famous Recoleta Cemetery and close to the main subway lines, making it easy for us to move around the city quickly. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, with excellent facilities and a delicious breakfast served in the room.

During our stay there was a gentlemen that stood out over all your other hotel employees. His name is Fucundo and we both believe his dedication, professionalism, skills and competent way dealing with the public could not go unspoken. I have traveled and stayed in many different locations, I can say without any doubt Fucundo is one the best and unforgettable individuals I will never forget. His proficient speaking of English and sincere enjoyment dealing with the public created a more friendly environment in the hotel. I cannot stress enough that the hotel should be very proud to have an employee with such dedication in making everyone's stay so pleasurable.

We spent a lovely Easter weekend at a hotel with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms that had a separate bedroom and living area, along with a nice mini-kitchen with a full-size fridge. The service was outstanding, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, as it was in a quiet street but still within walking distance to the main sights and restaurants.

Though the hotel was secure and required buzzing in by staff, the lift was quite slow and could be annoying at peak times. The rooms were a little bland in terms of decor and could do with some more character.

The hotel staff was super helpful and the rooms are finely decorated. We had a beautiful week at the Art Suites.

The TV is on the living room. Some people don't care. But I like to watch TV until I fall asleep.

Almost Everything! You feel like home... Rooms are really big and comfy. Service is good and very well located. The bathtub is delightful and breakfast at room is a pleasent surprise.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in the upscale Recoleta district, with easy access to all the sights. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I especially loved the spa bath, which was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of exploring. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

We thought that the entire experience was first class. The young men at the front desk were impeccable in ensuring all went well during our stay. The room was large and minimalist. The location was safe and close to everything we love in ba. We will be returning!

Service was great. They gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room because we had a baby with us and the room we booked could not fit in the baby cot. Booked us a taxi as we had a very early morning flight and organised for breakfast for us at 4.30am. Hotel is very chic but homey. Staff was always pleasant and seems genuinely nice. Wish we could have stayed longer.

No lifts and that the stairs creak which can be quite noisy.

Fantastic Location with excellent concierge

After a tiring journey from afar, we were grateful for the early check-in at this comfortable yet slightly worn hotel. The kitchen and nearby supermarkets allowed us to stock up on essentials and indulge in delicious tropical fruits. And let's not forget Germaine, the amazing concierge! He had an endless wealth of information and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From drawing maps to calling taxis, he made sure we had all the necessary details for our outings. The neighborhood of Recoletas was charming, with its leafy streets and traditional buildings. Plus, being within walking distance of the Recoletas Cemetery was a definite highlight. we felt safe and well taken care of at Art Suites & Gallery.

Absolutely everyrthing here was 10/10. The reception efficient and helpful. The rooms absolutely fabulous...modern retro with soothing tones and furnishings.The rooms were serviced daily, with change of linen and very adequate sized shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast delivered to your room at your designated time a nice touch. The cleaning staff very friendly. All amenities close by; laundromat, supermarket, fruit and veg, wine shops etc. Recoleta a wonderful area with attractions a stones throw away. We have fallen in love with this city and we would definitely stay at Art Suites and Gallery here again. Great value for money.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those wanting to explore the city and experience the local culture. It is situated in a lovely, safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops and activities close by. it is conveniently located close to public transportation, making it easy to access different neighborhoods. the rooms are spacious, modern and well-appointed with comfortable beds, seating areas and kitchen facilities. the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and available 24 hours a day. Continental breakfast is delivered to your room each morning, which is a great way to start your day.

The hotel does not have a pool or gym available on site.

Everything ok. The suits are brand new and the design is excelent.

The tv set was in the leaving room and not in the bedroom.
